Mr. Goutam Kr. Maity ... for the petitioner It appears that there is inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated December 13, 2018, which is corrected in the following manner:

In the 8th line of paragraph 3 in the page 1 and in the 5th line of paragraph 2 in the page 2 the word 'gratuity pension' be deleted and the word 'arrear pension' be inserted in such places.

The order dated December 13, 2018, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated December 13, 2018.

Certified copy of the order dated December 13, 2018, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on priority basis. < (Shekhar B. Saraf, J.)
