Two applications one being CAN 2/2024 seeking condonation of delay in presenting the recalling application and another being CAN 1/2024 seeking recall of the order dated 20th June, 2024 are taken up for consideration.

Having perused the explanation offered in the application seeking condonation of delay this Court expresses satisfaction. Accordingly, delay occurred in presenting the recalling application stands condoned.

The application being CAN 2/2024 is allowed and disposed of.

This Court has also perused the explanation offered in the recalling application and it is found that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from being represented on the date

when the writ petition stood dismissed for default and accordingly the order dated 20th June, 2024 stands recalled.

The application being CAN 1/2024 is allowed and disposed of.

The writ petition is restored to its original file and number.
