Case No. 414 of 2021 dated 15/07/2021 under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25/27 of Arms Act and subsequently charge sheeted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Petitioner seeks parity with other co-accused granted anticipatory bail on December 9, 2021 and December 23, 2021. Considering the fact that the police submitted charge sheet and considering the fact that other co-accused were granted anticipatory bail and considering the fact that the petitioner stands on the same footing as that the persons granted anticipatory bail, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on every date fixed and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks
from date.
The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 8892 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
