None appears for the alleged contemnor, nor any accommodation has been sought for.

Pursuant to the order dated March 9, 2022 the alleged second contemnor had been added as the new incumbent to the post.

Affidavits are complete in this contempt application. Pursuant to the direction made on September 2, 2019 by a co-ordinate Bench the paper book(s) prepared by the learned advocate for the petitioner is taken on record today. It is submitted that a copy of such paper book has already been served upon the learned advocate who represented for the alleged contemnor.

Today an affidavit of service filed evidencing the service of the contempt application upon Dr. Reshmi Kamal, the added alleged contemnor, is taken on record. For the end of justice, this Court thinks, another opportunity may be given to the alleged

second contemnor who is the present incumbent on the chair. The added alleged contemnor namely Dr. Rashmi Kamal shall file her affidavit-in-opposition on or before July 5, 2022. Reply, if any, thereto shall be filed by the petitioner by July 20, 2022. the contempt application shall appear on July 26, 2022 for further consideration under the heading "For Disposal (Contempt Application)".

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall serve a notice along with a copy of this order upon the said added alleged contemnor namely Dr. Rashmi Kamal, new incumbent and shall file an affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

It is made clear that in the event, the alleged contemnor is or contemnors are not represented on the adjourned day, the Court may proceed in their absence for issuance of rule.
