Sufficient grounds being shown, delay in filing the restoration application is condoned and the application for restoration is allowed.

The order dated 28th February, 2025 is set aside. The bail application being CRM (DB) 3439 of 2025 be restored to its original file and number.

The applications being CRAN 2 of 2025 and CRAN 3 of 2025 are disposed of.

Let the bail application appear under the appropriate heading.
