None appears on behalf of the petitioner on call. The instant writ petition is pending since 2014. Even the petitioner did not file any affidavit of service in spite of the order dated 27th August, 2014. Considering the conduct of the petitioner this Court is of the view that he is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
