He also prays for inclusion of the new incumbent in the contempt proceeding as a respondent contemnor.

Leave is granted to the applicant/petitioner to add the new incumbent in the contempt proceeding as a respondent contemnor and the applicant/petitioner is directed to serve copy of the amended contempt application upon all the alleged contemnors intimating that the contempt application shall be taken up on July 21, 2022 and to file affidavit of service on the adjourned date. Let this contempt application appear in the list under the heading 'Contempt Application' on July 21, 2022. The order passed in Court today will not prevent the alleged contemnors to comply with the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in the meantime.
