Upon perusal of record, I find that the matter was dismissed for default on 03.9.2014 and an application for restoration of the revisional application was filed on 26.11.2015. Since then none appeared to support the application which demonstrates lack of interest of the petitioner to proceed with the matter.

Hence this revisional application is dismissed for default with cost of Rs.5,000/-.
