And In Re : Samim Aktar Mallick ...... petitioner Mr. Suman De Mr. Abhinaba Mukherjee ...for the petitioner In re: CRAN 1 of 2018 (old CRAN 1518 of 2018) Petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition requiring the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once a week until further orders as imposed by the order dated November 30, 2017.

None appears for the State.

It is submitted that the police filed charge sheet. Since the police filed charge sheet, requirement of the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a week as imposed by the order dated November 30, 2017 is waived. All other conditions in the order dated November 30, 2017 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2018 (old CRAN 1518 of 2018) is disposed of accordingly.
