Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the State. Perused the case diary. 2.

The petitioner herein is the wife of the principal accused, who allegedly had a relationship with the de facto complainant, aged about 32 years and there is also some allegations against the petitioner's husband of transfer of certain amount of money.

One of the allegations of the de facto complainant is that the principal accused concealed that he was a married person and subsequently the principal accused stopped entertaining the de facto complainant.

Considering the nature of the allegations against the present petitioner herein, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner, namely, Mrs. Puja Singh shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/-, with two sureties of

like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of the case as and when called for and shall cooperate with the investigation until further orders. 6.

C.R.M.(A) No. 4197 of 2025 is disposed of.
