Petitioner is in custody for 463 days. He submits victim had not been ravished.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim show petitioner and others had ravished the victim. Under such circumstances and as his bail prayer was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
