We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner in the offence. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in September, 2022. Under such circumstances and as his bail prayer was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
