We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim implicates the petitioners in the murder.

Their prayer for bail was rejected earlier on a number of occasions on merits.

Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
