Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. His bail prayer was rejected on 23rd August, 2022 and date has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
