Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wanted to comply with the condition of anticipatory bail of surrender. The learned Court, however, did not accept such surrender.

There is an averment in the application claiming that the petitioner is complying with all other conditions of order granting anticipatory bail including payment of maintenance. There is also the claim of the petitioner that he wanted to comply with the condition granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court within 7 days from date in terms of the order dated December 4, 2015 granting anticipatory bail to him.

All other conditions of such order will remain the same. CRAN 1 of 2022 in CRM 11269 of 2015 is disposed of accordingly.
