1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim had been raped by the petitioner. Her deposition is yet to be recorded. In view of gravity of the offence and the materials implicating the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
