They want to revert back to the post of Sahayaks/Sahayikas from the status at par with Para-Teachers.

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 4 has submitted that the said respondent has expressed one view that the petitioners, if want to revert back to the post of Sahayaks/Sahayikas, they can go back to their earlier post and the Mission does not raise any objection to that. The petitioners shall not be allowed to claim any benefits equivalent to the Para-Teachers. However, they will get all benefits as Sahayaks/Sahayikas including the age of superannuation.

I direct the respondents to consider the petitioners as reverted back to their original post Sahayaks/Sahayikas from tomorrow.

With the above directions, this writ application is allowed. No order as to costs.
