1. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits, on instructions, that his clients do not wish to proceed with the instant petitions and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same.

2. In view of the submission made, CRM (M) 2905 of 2025 and CRM (M) 2907 of 2025 are hereby dismissed as not pressed.

3. All interim orders passed in connection with these matters, if any, stand vacated. All connected applications are also disposed of accordingly.

4. All parties concerned shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court, which shall be treated as an authentic record of the proceedings.
