1. On hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

2. On perusal of the materials on record, it appears that there are certain materials on record which prima facie make out a specific case against the petitioner herein who has already been charge-sheeted. The trial is yet to commence.

3. It further appears that FSL report has been received wherein it appears that the deceased has been burnt on using petrol and there are certain materials in the case diary prima facie showing that the petitioner herein purchased the said petrol.

4. Considering that the trial in this case is to be conducted in custody, the Trial Court shall follow the guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Mamman

Khan versus State of Haryana passed in Criminal Appeal 4002 of 2025 and make all endeavour to conduct the day to day trial to complete the same expeditiously.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected.

6. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
