On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and materials on record including the Case Diary it appears that charge sheet in the present case has been submitted but considering the statement of the wife of the victim which specifies certain overt act to the present petitioner and considering the heinous nature of the offence, prayer for bail stands rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to follow the judgment in Supreme Court in the Case of Criminal Appeal No. 4003 of 2025 Mamman Khan Versus State of Haryana and make all endevour to conduct day to day trial in the present case and complete the trial expeditiously.

Prayer for bail stands rejected.
