1. The prayer for bail of the petitioner no. 3 being not pressed stands rejected.

2. The petitioners herein pray for bail claiming parity by relying upon the order dated 14.10.2025 in CRM (M) 1833 of 2025 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court wherein the Court considering the number of witnesses to be examined by the prosecution and delay in trial and also considering the another accused has been granted bail, also granted bail to the said accused. It is submitted that the petitioners herein stand on the same footing.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has relied upon an order dated 14.11.2025 in CRM (M) 1921 of 2025 wherein it appears that the Court therein considered the detention of the accused and also the fact

that the some of the accused persons were already on bail and other materials on record rejected the prayer for bail of accused Raju Molla.

4. The incident in the present case relates to dacoity with murder. The Court vide order dated 14.11.2025 on rejecting the prayer for bail, directed the Trial Court to complete the trial within a time frame.

5. Accordingly, considering the heinous nature of crime, this Court chooses to go with the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 14.11.2025 in CRM (M) 1921 of 2025 and rejects the prayer for bail of the accused petitioners herein.

6. It is further directed that in support of the order dated 14.11.2025, it is also directed that the Trial Court shall conduct the trial by fixing day to day schedule following the guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Mamman Khan versus State of Haryana passed in Criminal Appeal 4002 of 2025.

7. The prayer for bail thus stands rejected.

8. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
