1. I have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses prima facie show recovery of 400 gms. heroin from the petitioner.

2. Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
