Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the State. Perused the case diary. 2.

The petitioners claim anticipatory bail on parity with accused Dhiren Paul and others, who have been granted anticipatory bail in C.R.M. (A) 3127 of 2025 vide an order dated 9th October, 2025.

Considering the nature of injury and in view of the fact that accused persons, namely, Dhiren Paul & others have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners, namely, Roni Ghosh and Bapan Paul shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall meet the Investigating Officer of the case once in a week and shall not meet the de facto complainant and the persons acquainted with the case and shall not do any act prejudicial to the investigation, until further orders. 5.

C.R.M.(A) No. 4424 of 2025 is disposed of.
