None appears for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 in spite of service of notice.

The grievance of the writ petitioner in this case is that the representation made by the writ petitioner for release of his gratuity, is not considered by the respondent corporation authority.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, this court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by directing to file affidavit.

Thus, the writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation made by the writ petitioner on 17.11.2025 at page 37 of annexureP/13 of this writ petition in accordance with law and

after giving an opportunity to the writ petitioner of being heard.

Such decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the order. 7.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
