The petitioners seek enlargement on bail, claiming parity with the co-accused who was granted bail by this Court in CRM (NDPS) 1404 of 2025 vide order dated 18.12.2025. 2.

Learned advocate for the state candidly affirmed the prayer of the petitioner.

Having considered the order passed by the learned Coordinate Bench and noting that the present petitioners stand on the same footing as the co-accused already enlarged on bail, this Court is inclined to grant similar relief to the petitioners herein.

Accordingly, the application for bail is allowed.

It is directed that the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas. 6.

The grant of bail is subject to the following conditions: I. The petitioners shall be physically present before the learned Trial Court on each and every date fixed for hearing;

II. The petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of North 24 Parganas without the prior permission of the learned Special Court.

In the event the petitioners fail to comply with any of the conditions stipulated above, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel their bail in accordance with law, without further reference to this Court.

C.R.M. (NDPS) 1750 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Uday Kumar, J.)
