1. The report filed by the District Land and Land Reforms Officer, Murshidabad be kept with the record. A copy of the said report be served upon the petitioner.

4. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the LOI issued by the authorities is going to expire on 31.12.2025, which requires an extension.
5. The writ petitioner has also made a representation for extension of LOI as marked in Annexure-'P8' of the writ petition.
6. Thus, this writ application is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation made by the writ petitioner marked Annexure-'P8' of the writ petition in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the order.
7. It is hereby made clear that if the respondent authority takes any step or passes adverse order against the writ
petitioner, the writ petitioner should be given necessary opportunity of hearing and necessary opportunity to take steps in accordance with law.
8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
