1. Learned advocate for the petitioner and learned advocate for the respondent no.1/State are present.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that the writ petitioner being a successful bidder, has submitted 1/3rd of the bid amount but no work order has been issued.

Thus, the writ petitioner has made a representation on 28.12.2025.

3. Learned advocate for the respondent no.1/State of West Bengal submits that the representation is made on 28.12.2025 and the writ petition is filed on 29.12.2025. Thus, there was no scope for the State of West Bengal to consider the said representation.

4. In the facts and circumstances, this writ application stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation made by the writ petitioner marked Annexure-'P2' to the writ petition within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law

and the reasoned decision shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
