1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Heard the submissions made on behalf of the respective parties.

3. The grievance of the petitioners is that the representation dated 11th October, 2025 has not been considered by the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Malda being the respondent no. 5 herein.

4. Learned advocate representing the State respondents opposes the prayer of the petitioner.

5. However, in the interest of justice, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman,

District Primary School Council being the respondent no. 5 herein to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties.

6. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
