3. The grievance of the writ petitioners is that the writ petitioners were not supplied with a copy of the inspection report by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Tarakeswar, Hooghly, being respondent No. 7 herein.

4. In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 7, the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to consider the representation dated 29.12.2025, marked annexure P/12 to the writ petition, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of the order after giving writ petitioners an opportunity of being heard.

5. Necessary prayer for not taking coercive steps may be made before the authority by the writ petitioners.
