Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are languishing in correctional home since 10th January, 2022 and a few witnesses have been examined till date. Considering the aforesaid facts, he prays for bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that three witnesses have already been examined out of eight witnesses mentioned in the charge sheet.

Considering the fact that evidence has already been started and three witnesses have already been examined, the learned Trial Judge is requested to expedite

the trial by preponing the next date fixed for evidence, if approach is made in that regard by the petitioners. 4.
