24.12.2024 sdas Rejected C.R.M. (A) No. 4643 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita in connection with Raghunathganj Police Station Case No. 988 of 2023 dated 30.11.2023 under Sections 363/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
And In Re : Bulbul Islam @ Roni Sk. & Anr. ....... petitioners Ms. Suchismita Chakraborty .....for the petitioners Ms. Faria Hossain Mr. Amanul Islam ..... for the State 1.
Heard the learned advocates for the parties.
2.
We have considered the materials on record. Victim had accompanied the petitioners on the promise of securing employment. Subsequently, he was untraceable. Though learned Counsel for the petitioners submits they had reported the matter to the police, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation to trace out the victim is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
3. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
