However, Howrah Municipal Corporation is represented by learned advocate.

It appears on perusal of records that the writ petition being WPA 34828 of 2013 was disposed of vide order dated 16th December, 2013 passed by a coordinate Bench.

One contempt application was taken out being CPAN 2716 of 2014 and the same stood disposed of vide order dated 19th June, 2015.

In view of aforesaid position, let the writ petition go out of list.

Department is directed to treat this writ petition as disposed of and not to show the same as pending in the system.
