Though it has been very strenuously argued on behalf of the petitioners that so far as these petitioners are concerned who are accused nos. 3 and 4 in the FIR. No direct allegation of their involvement is made, the Court, primafacie finds common intention in commission of the offences alleged the seriousness of the offence is amply described by the injuries report referral code etc available in C.D.

In consideration of the materials as above, petitioner's bail prayer is rejected.
