Since the petitioners have come to the High Court to pray for anticipatory bail directly without espousing his prayer before the learned Sessions Judge, the learned advocate for the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the instant application and liberty to file the same afresh before the learned trial court in view of order of this Court dated 30.6.2026 in CRM (A) 378 of 2026.
3. Leave is granted.
4. Let the instant application be treated "as not pressed".
5. The petitioners are granted liberty to file afresh for anticipatory bail before the learned trial court.
6. Till the time the application filed by the petitioners is disposed of by the learned trial court, there shall be no coercive step taken against the petitioners.
