1. The petitioners are the accused persons in connection with Maynaguri Police Station Case No.27 of 2026 dated 13.01.2026 under Sections 85/103 (1)/3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
2. The petitioners have directly approached this Court after approaching the learned Sessions 1st Court to pray for anticipatory bail.
3. This appears to be in contravention of this Courts order dated 29.06.2026 in CRM (A) 378 OF 2026 Sabita Mahato & Anr. Vs. The State of West Bengal.
4. Hence let the petitioners withdraw this application and file the same afresh before the learned trial Court to pray for anticipatory bail.
5. Let it be directed that till the time the learned trial Court hears and disposes of the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.)
