2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that there has been delayed compliance of the order passed by this Court.

3. The Commissioner, Siliguri Municipal Corporation has detected unauthorized construction and passed order of demolition.

4. As it appears that the order of the Court has been complied with, though belatedly, accordingly, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any further.

5. The contempt application stands disposed of.

6. It will be open for the petitioner to take necessary steps for execution of the order dated June 30, 2026 passed by the Commissioner,

Siliguri Municipal Corporation strictly in accordance with law.

7. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
