The Court: The petitioner has filed the instant application praying for condonation of delay of 1215 days in filing the inventory and 1030 days in filing the accounts in terms of the Letters of Administration granted by this Court on 3rd December, 2018.

The petitioner has explained the delay in paragraph 12 (a) to (c). This Court finds that sufficient reason has been shown for not filing the inventory and the accounts in terms of the Letters of Administration dated 3rd December, 2018.

Accordingly, prayer (a) of the Master's Summons is allowed. GA/3/2022 is disposed of.
