... for the petitioner The Court: Counsel for the petitioner is present. The petitioner has filed the present application being GA/1/2023 praying for extension of time to file inventory and accounts in terms of the probate granted by this Court. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has granted probate on 13th December, 2018 but the probate was issued on 27th January, 2020. After issuance of probate, the whole country was suffering from pandemic covid and the petitioner being an old aged persons also got affected with covid and as such he could not file inventory and accounts. Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application.

This Court finds sufficient cause has been shown for non filing of inventory and accounts within the time.

In view of the above, prayers (a) and (b) of the Master's Summons are allowed.

The petitioner is directed to file the inventory and accounts within two weeks from date.

GA/1/2023 is disposed of.
