1. After hearing the parties and considering the materials on record including the affidavit of compliance filed by the alleged contemnor, it appears that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application arising out of an order dated 08.01.2026 although the alleged contemnor did not adhere to the time limit given to them by the order dated 08.01.2026 to comply with the directions given therein.
2. It is also not in dispute that the order though belatedly passed in terms of the order dated 08.01.2026, has been challenged by the applicant/petitioner by filing a fresh writ petition.
3. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this contempt proceedings is dropped and the contempt application being CPAN 26 of 2026 is disposed of without any further direction.
4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
