In view of this subsequent development, the Petitioners do not want to press the Petition for the present as the redevelopment rights have been assured to the Petitioners according to the learned counsel.

The Petitioner No.2 is personally present in the Court and he has instructed the learned counsel for the Petitioners to withdraw the Petition. Hence, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn. 3.
