Mrs. Bharaswadkar, the learned Additional Government Pleader by placing on record communication dated 21st March 2025 and 24th March 2025, issued by the Joint Director, Health Services Mumbai submits that total amount of Rs.39.19 Crores is sanctioned and disbursed for payment of salaries of ambulance drivers in different districts. She further submits that sofar as the ambulance drivers working in the rural hospitals are concerned, their salaries would be disbursed within one week from today.

The learned counsel representing Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon states that the salary grants are received under different head and the drivers are working under different head.

The learned Additional Government Pleader seeks time to sort out this issue by discussing it with the Joint Director. We record the statement of learned Additional Government Pleader that salaries would be disbursed to the Petitioners-ambulance drivers within two weeks from today.
