In passing the aforesaid order, we are cognizant of the fact that the co-accused along with the Applicant, who is in fact the sibling of the Applicant and who is named in the FIR as having been the person who assaulted the Informant, has been enlarged on bail. uld meet the ends of justice.

Needless to say, this is a pro-tem arrangement without expressing an opinion on the merits of the case one way or the other. 4.

Stand over to January 3, 2025.
