This Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA) is moved before the Vacation Court since the ABA of the applicant came to be rejected on 23rd December 2024 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Gr. Bombay. None appeared for respondent no.1 Narcotics Control Bureau inspite of service.

Learned counsel for the applicant points out the Roznama dated 12th December 2024 whereby the applicant was protected since the respondents had not filed their reply before the learned Sessions Judge then.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed not to arrest the applicant till 2nd January 2025 subject to following conditions :- (i) The applicant shall not influence the witnesses or any person connected with the offence or tamper with the evidence, in any manner whatsoever.
(ii) The applicant would co-operate with the investigation and would present himself before the investigating officer as and when

If any of the above conditions are violated, then, ad-interim protection granted stands vacated. Liberty is granted to the applicant to move before the Regular Court on 2nd January 2025. (Jitendra Jain, J.)
