The learned Advocate for the petitioner points out that a Section 11 Petition is pending. She further points out that the respondent has never appeared, and therefore, the petitioner be permitted to convert the Section 9 Petition into Section 17 Petition. The Petitioner is permitted to do so.

Needless to state, subject to the outcome of the Section 11 Petition, the captioned Commercial Arbitration Petition is disposed of.
