C.A.W. NO. 1299/2025 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2649/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 27/06/2025 This application is taken out for grant of permission to delete the name of R.No. 2-Mainabai W/o Sukhram Chakranarayan.

It is stated in the application that R.No. 2 died and her legal heirs have not filed their evidence.

Further, it is submitted that the legal heirs of R.No. 2 are not necessary and required party in the present writ petition. Thus, the petitioners want to delete the name of R.No. 2 on record.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed.

The petitioners are permitted to delete the name of aforesaid R.No. 2 at their own risk.
