Pursuant to order dated 1st December 2025, Mr. Dabke, learned APP representing the State in the matter, has placed on record, report from the doctors of Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai ('JJ Hospital'), on the basis of which the health status of the Applicant was submitted to this Court by the Mumbai Central Prison.

Today, Mr. Dabke, has tendered report dated 2nd December 2025 from JJ Hospital. The same is taken on record 2nd December 2025

Shivgan 904-BA-3749-2025.doc and marked 'X' for Identification. The said Report indicates health status of the Applicant. However, the Report is silent as to whether the Applicant requires admission in JJ Hospital or otherwise.

Mr. Satyaram Gaud, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, states that on 5th December 2025, the Applicant is already required to undergo further examination in the JJ Hospital. Hence, the ART Department of JJ Hospital are requested to also opine as to whether the Applicant is required to be admitted in their hospital. 4.

In case, in the opinion of the doctors, the Applicant is required to be hospitalized, the Prison Authorities are directed to admit the Applicant in JJ Hospital as per the medical advice.
