Ms. Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, points out the Order dated 11th March 2026 passed by a learned Single Judge in Criminal Writ Petition No.235 of 2026 filed by the present Petitioner, wherein the challenge is to the Order dated 9th December 2025 passed by the learned Magistrate, Vasai, whereby an application preferred by the present Petitioner to enlarge him on default bail under the provisions of Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, came to be rejected. She submits that the points which are raised in this Writ Petition were also raised in the said Criminal Writ Petition No.235 of 2026. She further submits that a detailed reply has been filed in this Writ Petition, pointing out that there is no substance in any of the points raised by the Petitioner.

In any case, as none has appeared for the Petitioner in the morning session as well as in the afternoon session, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
