The Applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with CR No. 223 of 2025 dated 6th February 2025 registered with Mumbra police station, for offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (MPID Act).

At the outset, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the investigation in the crime is concluded. 3.

It is further contended that three victims involved in this crime have filed Affidavits recording the fact that they have received the money from the Applicant. They also recorded no objection for grant of bail to the Applicant. 9th April, 2026.

Learned APP oppose the application however he confirms the fact that all the three victims have filed Affidavits before the Trial Court.

The Applicant has no criminal history behind him. 6.

In view of the Affidavits filed by all the three victims, this Court finds no impediment in allowing the application. Hence, following order.

ORDER

i) The Bail Application stands allowed.

ii) In connection with CR No.223 of 2025 dated 6th February 2025 registered with Mumbra police station, the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. iii) The Applicant shall attend all dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless exempted.

iv) The Applicant shall not tamper with or interfere with the prosecution evidence in any manner whatsoever.

It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie and are confined to this Application and the learned Trial Judge to decide the case on its own merits, uninfluenced by the observations made herein.
